On to the East Today!

We filled up with propane, got Minnie hitched up to Maxx and left Hart Ranch before 9:00am this morning.

It was a somewhat windy lovely drive east on I-90 to Mitchell.

The roads and highways in South Dakota are great.  We haven’t driven any better!

We skipped the Badlands and drove right on
by Wall Drug today.

In all our travels this is our first time this far east in this state.  (I texted our friend Peg with a picture of the exit to her home town, but she didn’t respond!  😉)

We crossed the Missouri River today.
We will see it more this trip I believe!

We are parked at Rondee’s RV Park here in Mitchell behind the Day’s Inn.  It is nothing fancy and not really photo worthy, but it is spacious and has everything we need at half the price with our Passport America discount!  We will stay 2 nights.

Tomorrow we will visit the Corn Palace... and we hear there is a Mustang Shelby Cobra restoration museum here we may want to check out!
