Our Last Day at the City!

Today, May 31, is the last day of the Silver Dollar City Bluegrass & BBQ Festival, but yesterday was our last day. We enjoy this festival immensely.
This front porch always invites me to “come sit a spell”.
There’s a church in the valley by the wildwood....

We absolutely  L❤️VE The Petersens!  They are all incredibly talented, incredibly good looking, incredibly nice AND they love Jesus!  A dynamite combination.  They sang Sweet Beulah Land and it could not have been better!  They were the last ones we saw last night and we snagged our front row seat way early.  The only issue with that is the seats in the gazebo are incredibly uncomfortable!  Our butts were still hurting when we got home, but they were worth it!
They will be at the Elevation Festival at Kremmling, Colorado in July.  We plan to be there!

Nothin’ Fancy

We had never seen the Gibson Brothers before that we recall.  They write their own songs and they are quite good.  We liked them A LOT.  They were the only group that made me want to purchase their music to listen to all the way home, but they didn’t have a flash drive.  I will be collecting them on iTunes and Spotify!
